1. Drive-by property inspections
As a service to our REO customers, we provide drive-by examinations of properties, photographs, of estimation occupancy from the road.
2. Broker Price Opinions
We will provide BPO's based on Public Record Data and available Multiple Listing Service information. We will use three "sold" and three "active" comparables to determine value.
2. Asset Management
We work hard to get your assets listed and sold!
4. Securing and clean-up services
Our office has a service contract with a separate board-up/ clean-out company and will sub-contract securing of the property in accordance with city and state codes, and upon authorization..removal of all debris.
